 AbbyCreek Kennel was born from Mike and Marsha’s love of dogs. In 2000, they started a dog walking business in the Burlington area which quickly grew a large clientele. Clients loved Mike and Marsha so much that they wanted overnight care with them in addition to walking. Since 2000, Mike and Marsha have been safely and lovingly caring for other’s dogs in their home. Continuing to evolve in the dog care industry, they decided to find a country setting that would suit a boarding facility. Crucial to their plans were wooded trails and acreage to allow dogs the freedom to enjoy their stay under the expert care and guidance of Mike and Marsha.
No strangers to training and dog behaviour, Mike and Marsha have been instructors at McCann Professional Dog since 2007. Their keen observation skills will allow your dog to be matched with the right playmates for daycare, playtimes and trail walks. Mike and Marsha love all things dog and spend their spare time competing in obedience, flyball, agility, lure coursing and frisbee. They’ve bred Bullmastiff litters and currently share their lives with 3 Border Collies and 2 mixed breeds.
